Along with gifting you a quality & unique wedding film, at Moon Water Film House, we are here to give you our undivided attention. Our goal is to make you feel like you stand out; from customization of your packages to quick, honest and attentive communication, it is our job to listen to your story, your wishes and desires. We want you to feel heard because this is no ordinary event that we’re capturing here. ~Step Two~
THE WEDDING DAY
Your wedding is meant to be an ethereal experience, and Moon Water is here to elevate that experience. During your wedding and the events before and after, we will be capturing the emotional moments, the candid wild adventures, and details you may not have had time to absorb. Ian and Sean like to encourage the "Let Loose" kind of moments, so don't hold back and enjoy each tender or wild moment. We want you to watch your film and experience those emotions flowing back vividly.The Process
~Step One~
INQUIRY AND BOOKING
After you inquire, we will reach back out within 48 hours with our pricing brochure. We can follow up with a call to answer any questions you have and start customizing your package. Once we've created your perfect package, a 50% deposit and contract signature is required to book. We'll keep in contact with you before the wedding day by sending out a questionnaire for you to fill out, so that we have the information we need to make the day go smoothly.~Step Three~
YOUR WEDDING FILM
With shooting a multitude of weddings each year, we understand that waiting for your wedding film is hard. Our top priority is delivering films of the highest quality, and so you can expect to receive your film within 9-14 weeks, delivered digitally and/or via thumb drive. However, we will provide some eye-candy visuals of your day while you wait, so you can expect a 60 second trailer within 7 days of your wedding and social media teasers within 24 hours.

Moon Water includes a 5-6 minute film with every base package. Every package can be customized to your needs. We offer 7 minute, 10 minute, and 15-20 minute edit add ons.

Travel expenses apply to any wedding further than 100 miles away from Hood River. Because travel expenses differ drastically by location, we design custom flat-rate packages based on your wedding destination (i.e. local, U.S or international) We’re aiming for simplicity here.
If we need to drive more than 100 miles to you, your package will cover mileage and lodging for the team. If we’re jumping on a plane, then flights and lodging will be worked into your package to cover the team. Other expenses like transportation, Food, tolls, parking fees, etc. will be covered on our end. We don’t want you worrying about covering little things like that, or worrying about booking our accommodations, we’ll do it ourselves!

We license our music through various licensing sites including Musicbed, Epidemic Sound, Artlist, and Marmoset Music. Due to copyright reasons, we don’t take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film. However - always tell us if there’s a song you NEED and we’ll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film

All films are shot and delivered in 4K resolution. We send you a digital version and send you a link to your film on YouTube for you to share with friends and family.
